# Creating a support ticket

> If you run into an issue and need help from our team, you can submit a support ticket directly through the chat widget in the dashboard.

## How to submit a ticket

**1. Head over to the dashboard**

[Login to the app](https://app.ormilabs.com/) to get started.

**2. Click the chat icon in the bottom-right corner of any page in the app**

**3. Click on Support request**

**4. Fill out the support request form**

* **Get notified by email:** Your email address is pre-filled. Replies and ticket updates will be sent here. - **Title:** Enter a short, descriptive summary
  of your issue. - **Description:** Describe the problem in detail. Include steps to reproduce it, any error messages you saw, and what you expected to
  happen. - **Platforms:** Specify which chain and network you are using. - **Root cause:** If you have a hypothesis about what caused the issue, include it
  here. This is optional but helps speed up the investigation.

**5. Click Create ticket to submit**

## After you submit

You will receive updates at the email address provided. You can reopen the chat widget at any time to check the status of your ticket under **Messages**.

## Tips for faster resolution

* Be as specific as possible in your description.
* Include the exact wording of any error messages.
* Mention when the issue first occurred and how frequently it happens.
* Note any recent changes to your setup that might be related.
